SGB10 non encapsulated dry-type transformer

1. The carefully designed coil structure and vacuum impregnation treatment process ensure that the SG (B) 10 transformer has no partial discharge and no cracking or insulation level degradation throughout its entire lifespan.

2. The high voltage adopts continuous winding and low voltage foil winding, with overall vacuum impregnation and curing treatment and high-strength ceramic support, which has good ability to withstand sudden short-circuit current.

3. Difficult to ignite, flame retardant, non-toxic, self extinguishing, and fire-resistant.

4. Under high temperature and open flame combustion, SG (B) 10 transformer produces almost no smoke.

5. The transformer has H-class (180 ℃) insulation.

6. The insulation layer is extremely thin and uniform. The short-term overload capacity is extremely strong, without the need for forced cooling, and can withstand 120% long-term overload and 140% overload for 3 hours. Due to its non aging and elasticity, this insulation material can be immediately loaded to full load at ± 50 ℃.
